ALL PUPPIES:

* Will not be sold before 8 weeks of age.

* Will have received their first round of shots.

* Will have received multiple wormings.

* Will have been vet checked with my custom made sheet which includes documentation on any genetic faults.

* Litter box trained.

* No puppy has been raised outside but in my country home where they have the chance to see and hear the sight & sounds of living in the house and by that make nicer household pets.

* All puppies are sold under a puppy contract and all pet quality are placed under a spay/neuter contract and are less expensive.

* All show prospects are sold with a guarantee of being registerable with the JRTCA at 1 year of age.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS:

If you would like to be placed on the reservation list for any of our upcoming litters, a non-refundable deposit of $150 must be made. Your name will not be added to the reservation list until the deposit has been received. No exceptions.

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS:

All puppies must be paid for in full before new owner takes possession of pup unless special prior arrangements have been made. Other than the health record, you will not receive ownership papers until fully paid for. This means if you go past the allotted time for payment, I will repo the puppy since I retain ownership on said puppy. No additional puppy purchases will be allowed until all monies have been received for previous puppy purchases. (unfortunately this clause was added due to a kennel buying a "show Quality" puppy and never paying for that puppy plus the health of that puppy was very poor)

ADDITIONAL CONCERNS:

We will be glad to hold your puppy up to 16 weeks to allow additional time for payment. Additional charges may be incurred if puppy is not picked up before additional shots/wormings are due. All puppies will be vaccinated as needed and additional charges added to purchase price.

PUPPY PURCHASE CONTRACT:

All puppies are placed under a "Puppy Purchase Contract." This protects the buyer, the breeder and most of all the puppy being sold. All puppies sold as "pet" quality will be placed under a spay/neuter contract in addition to the sales contract.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Your puppy will be shipped from Roanoke Regional Airport. (No puppy will be shipped before 16 weeks of age)
All terriers shipped from Roanoke Regional Airport, will be shipped by Delta Airlines
Total Shipping cost on Delta-Price depends on the zone in which you live. (Usually $175 to $200)
Cost of the crate and bowls & a toy -$80
Cost of veterinary visit for a Health + Acclimation Certificate-$50.00
The shipping price will be confirmed once Delta is called and shipment total is calculated by Delta for the zone in which you live.
